20 October 2015 I have filled income tax return for Financial year 2014-2015, and get a demond notice to pay income tax of rupees 7740/- , i am salaried empolyee of Tata Steel Ltd.

and AS per Form 16 I ave got deduction of 7737/- us 89(1) for Areres of Salary , but department has disallowed the sum,

so therefor i want advice that is my empolyer done the mistake or departement
and what remedies i have left.

20 October 2015 If you have filed the e-return you have to prepare and submit form 10E online in order to get relief u/s 89(1). CPC won't allow relief u/s 89(1) unless you file form 10E. After submitting form 10E online you should file online rectification request.

28 October 2015 thanks sir , but please suggest FROM WHERE THIS INCOME TAX RETURN 10E CAN FILED, IS THIS FILLED ONLINE OR NOT?

PLEASE PROVIDE 10E FORM, FOR RELIEF U/S-89(1)
