Demand of income tax

I have got a Income tax demand of AY 2010-11.. & that shows me to pay tax of 15720 but now whn I am trying to request for intimation u/s 143(1) that shows not available... what should I do now??

U must have filed your return for AY 2010-2011 manually and not electronically. Therefore u can not generate intimation u/s 143(1) online. Approach your assessing officer to get intimation. Also after getting intimation, if you want to file rectification request, the same will have to be filed manually with concerned AO.
