We have a demand on FY 2005-06. we have Form 16A as a proof that we have deduct the tds. ITO wants client confirmation for that period. we are unable to received confirmation from clients so indemnity bond acceptable or not.

generally they do accept indemnity bonds for years prior to AY 2009-10.
