31 October 2015 I Have Received email notice from CPC-I.T.Department as demand for A.Y.-2014-2015 & A.Y.-2015-2016. Demand for A.Y.-2014-2015 for Rs.9770/- but same A.Y.-2014-2015 I had Refund Claim for Rs.48230/-and I.T.Department do not Adjusted MY TDs Rs.58000/-.and A.Y.-2015-2016 Demand By IT from CPC Rs.9159/-But same A.Y.-2015-2016 I Had Refund Claim For Rs.64340/- and I.T.Department do not adjusted My TDS Rs.73500/-.So That please hlep me what can i do.

31 October 2015 First check whether the TDS claimed by you was appearing in your 26AS. If not than you will not get credit of the same by CPC until it reflects in 26AS. If yes than go for online rectification of order of CPC.

02 November 2015 Yes TDS amount was appearing in my 26AS but CPC do not Credit in my TDS Calim Amount and Demand raise for Income Tax Payable amount withount credit of TDS Claim Amount

02 November 2015 If the TDS is appearing in form 26AS and you have correctly claimed the same in your return than file online rectification after login into your efiling account on income tax website.
