Sir, I'm going to apply in dvat, but the problem is the office started working on this, but do not pay the rent, she called the office on his fathers name

Simply take an NOC from the owner for use of premises as office on stamp paper without any rent . Along with that submit latest electricity or telephone bill. In my opinion it would work.
