05 July 2017 Sir i have some outstanding service tax dues to the department.The department has passed order to pay along with interest and penalties. The major amount of service tax hold by my client. After several reminders he is not willing to pay. For this delay I have to pay interest and penalties or I can go for appeal please suggest.
