Hi,
I am seeking employment abroad and may migrate sometime next year.
Can I remain a resident Indian, if I meet certain conditions?
How can I delay the NRI status?
Reason: More taxes on my Investments in India.

If you stay for a minimum period of 180 days in India, then you will be considered a resident in India.
