Delay in submission of form 112

Whether any documents needs to be attached (like letter for condoning the delay) along with the registration letter of other course and original copy of dd (for rs.300)if there is delay in submission of form 112 for 5 months ?

In case of delay along with the DD of Rs.300 should be accompany with condonation letter explaining reason for delay submission

The members are required to submit the following documents along with a requestn for condonation of delay stating therefor together with levy fee:
1)Attendance Record of the articled / audit clerk.
2)Original Deed of articles / audit executed on a Non Judicial Stamp Paper / Special Adhesive stamp affixed on the Deed.
3)Certified copy of work diary of the articled / audit clerk.
4)Stipend details with evidence in the form Bank Pass Book.

There won't be any problem if u submit form right now...
Its just that, u've to write some genuine reason for not submitting that form earlier and have to pay Rs. 300.....
Othervise, there's no such thing, that will disturb ur studies or registration with ICAI... So, don't worry, just submit ur form asap/....

And make sure that other course class timings if any is not clashing with articleship training
