Delay in processing

08 December 2015 I filed ITR 4 on time The gross income is less than five lacs plus agriculture income about Rs 40,000 /= . The status CPC is showing is under process since oct 12. In last years I have observed that once it come under process it does not take more than 10 days to issue 143 (1).Kindly tell me what could be the reason

09 December 2015 Its really very strange instance that your return is showing under process since Oct 2012. You should contact CPC on helpline numbers for clarification on this issue. You can also submit online grievance.

09 December 2015 Thanks for the reply.when ever I talk to the helpline they say this is under process and you will get 143(1) shortly .I am observing for last 5/6 years that except A Y 2012-13.Once it come under processing it does not take more than 10 days.My refund is about 30000. kindly guide me how to submit online grievance. Thanks again

10 December 2015 For submitting online grievance you login into your e-filing account and there in dashboard you will see an option grievance. There you submit grievance but I think it will be of no avail since you will get the same reply as you got on phone from helpline. You are right these days refund is processing very fast. I would suggest you to wait for some more time, any way you will get your refund with interest for the delayed period of processing.
