delay in filing service tax return

04 June 2011 can u tell me the provisions regarding maximum penalty for delay in filing ST retuen for last year (Period Oct 2010 to March 2011). is it rs 2000 or rs. 20,000 .
by 10th june 2011 i am going to file it tell me the amount of total penalty.

04 June 2011 Dear friend Delay upto 15 days penalty Rs.500 and more than 15 days but upto 30days its Rs.1000 and more than 30 days its Rs.1000+100 per day till the default continue.

06 June 2011 can you tell me after introduction of F.ACt 2011 penalty provisions has been changed not it is Rs 20 K , so new provisions will be applicable or old ?
