Delay in Deposit of Provident Fund Form

07 August 2008 Date of deposit of P.F. amount is 15th of next month or 20 of next month.If we deposit the amount between 16th to 20th of next month is there any interest/penalty provision.
The date of submission of Form-12A is 25th of next month if it is delayed then what are the provisions as per provident fund act.

Kindly guide me on this issue

07 August 2008 No, the PF due date is 15th but the same may be deposited in another 5 days being the grace period allowed under the relavant Act.
