28 July 2013 Whether a teacher in a govt aided school where salary of teacher is provided by govt considered a govt employee as per the income tax act for the purpose of availing exemption in leave salary as per sec 10(AA) of the act?

Also whether govt school employees are considered govt employee?

Can we not presume that Govt. has managed the teachers ?

From where pension will be availed ?
