20 March 2012 I was a practising C.A. I received a job opportunity. Right now I am on probation. Should i need to surrender my COP or it can be done after completion of my probation period ?

How can I secure myself if I do not want to surrender my COP till the time i don't get confirmation of permanent employment ?

What are the penalies if i continue COP till I get confirmation of permanent employment from my present employer ?
