Can the Cost incurred for taking loans can be amortised over the period of loan...??
If yes, then according to which AS or Guidance note it can be deffered over the period of Loan...??

Yes if the same is taken for Plant & Machinery then up to the date of trial production whatever interest on term loan is calculated can be capitalised in form of pre-operative expenses.
