Hello I have income from partnership firm and also have loss in share market i have filed ITR-3 for assetment year 2017-18 i have got this notice

Taxpayer having income under the head “Profits and gains

You need to now file BalanceSheet and Profit and Loss Account, visit your account on efiling site and remove discrepancies by filing the desire information

if you are showing loss, then you need to fill the full balance sheet and P&L. You need maintain the records as per 44AA. Notice is self explanatory here!
