Sir/Mam i have forgot to written details of challan of FBT in income tax return ITR-5 filed via efiling whether my return will consider as defective, plz advise whether return revised or not.

You should file revise return at the earliest.
Alternatively if the tax paid was S. A. Tax then you can also write a letter to the A. O. regarding payment of S. A. Tax.
