Deductions on salary

30 July 2011 Sir,

I have joined New Company, where my Pay at Hand is Rs. 14,000/- p.m. How to avoid to cut tax (i.e. P.Tax, PPF, ESIC) not to deducted from my account. I should be shown in the Company as what.

Please guide in detail.

30 July 2011 As per my view, your are still under the exemption limit of Rs.180000 for the current financial year. so no need to submit any document for tax purpose
