19 April 2016 How to claim refund or credit for service tax paid on total bill amount in case the amount actually received is less than bill amount (many companies make a lot of deductions from bill of service provider but service provider has already paid service tax on the full bill amount at the time of raising bill-can we claim the refund or get credit of excess paid service tax)

19 April 2016 If you paid more amount on bill, subsequently bill is approved for less, you can adjust same by way of debit note, same adjusted against Next payment.
