Deduction under capital gain

Hello Sir,
After conversion of agricultural land into nonagricultural Mr A transfer this into a p'ship firm as a capital from his part then what is the area to claim deduction or here if Mr A claim deduction u/s 54B ???? plz explain me with conditions.....thanking you..

sec 54B is not applicable since it no mre remains as agricltural asset.
