can a trust, incorporated for benefit of minor child, claim deduction u/s 80C for the payment made by the trust towards life of the minor.
In my case trust has made payment to Birla Sun life insurance of Rs. 100000.00 for life insurance of minor for whose benefit trust has been incorporated.

Only Individual/HUF can claim deduction u/s 80 C for Life Insurance Premium.
