I have sold a gold of Rs. 25,00,000/- received from my mother. Which pertains to the year late 1980.
Now I have purchased a property worth 50,00,000/-.
So will I be able to get the duduction u/s 54F on my whole capital gain.

Yes you are eligible to claim the exemption provided you do not own more than one residential house.
