My company turnover is below 40L and we are paying rent per month is 125000 plus service tax, we don't have tan number, we need to deduct tds or not, kindly clarify my doubt

yes, you have to deduct TDS and should apply for TAN.
Govt impose heavy penalty if anyone are not doing the same.
