Dear Experts,
My spouse does not file her Income tax return since she is not having any income (house wife) however i have taken medical policy and LIC policy in the name of my spouse and i am paying premium of both the policy. Pls tell me since the medical policy and LIC policy is in the name of of spouse can i avail the deduction of both the policy in my return in form of premium paid,
