What declairation to be print over a GTA Invoice, regarding payment of Service Tax and Rates.
Please provide section wise.

GTA service invoice may contain declaration as to non-availment of cenvat credit by the GTA in cases where consignor/consignee is liable to tax. In other situations, invoices shall mention rate of tax/cess, amount of tax/cess, ST regn. no, category of service etc.
