01 June 2019 I am working in private Limited Companies. Company wants to declare interim dividend of Rs. 4,00,000/-. Company have Reserve 4,00,000, Profit In 2018-19 is 7,00,000 still unaudited. Can we declared interim dividend of Rs. 4,00,000. Also please provide process of Declaring Interim Dividend

01 June 2019 Yes you can declare interim dividend from the profit earned from provisional accounts with the approval of board and payment of dividend distribution tax.
