05 March 2014 - Consent to act as a director
- Disclosure of directors interest u/s 299 – Form 24AA
- Qualification u/s 274(1)(g) – Form DDA
- In case of a listed company – disclosure of directorships, committee memberships, committee chairman ships
- Disclosure of directors’ shareholdings
- Disclosure of all particulars to be entered in the Register of Directors

06 March 2014 if the director is an independent director then as per companies act 2013 one needs to have a declaration of independence as well. however the section has not yet been enforced.
