what will be a wise decision ..
a)to give my cpt exams and then go fo IPCC or
b)to complete my graduation and then go for IPCC?

Dont wait for graduation. Graduation will take three years. Clear CPT and go for IPCC. This way you can clear clear IPCC by the time you clear graduation.
