Dear Sir,
What are the documents should we enclose with the debit note when we are sending debit note to party.
What are the documents should we enclose with the debit note when we are sending debit note to party.

Debit Note should have attachment of the evidences which results in the raising of the said debit note.For example if the debit note is raised for the receipt of short quantity to the supplier, it should contain the copy of purchase order, his invoice copy , delivery chanllan and GRN of the matrial representing the correct qty short recd.
