RAM was the karta of the ram (huf).He was died on 14- oct 2011.he has one son named Kumar. Kumar also has its own huf.
can kumar signed as the karta on behalf of the Ram (huf)?
is ram (huf) is require to dissolve or legally can continue?
who can file & sign the return of the RAM (HUF)
ple provide guidence with section

In case in Ram HUF, if Sita (Mes. Ram) and other family members are there, Ram HUF can be continued and Kumar may become Karta of the said HUF. The return of HUF has to be filed by the HUF and can be signed by Karta - Mr Kumar.

In case there is no other member in the family except the members of KUMAR HUF, all the assets and liabilities will be transferred to Kumar HUF.
