Death of assessee before completion of assessement

14 January 2016 our client was dead before 31-3-15. but his total business income is Rs.above 1 crore what procedure may I followed for Income tax return filing for the same?

14 January 2016 In case of a deceased assessee, his legal representative is liable to file his ITR.
This requires registration of a legal heir on income tax website which involves a legal procedure also.
If his accounts are required to be audited as his income exceeds the prescribed limits for tax -audit. Any income arising after his death will be taxable in the hands of the successor. Contact a CA for moving ahead in this matter.

15 January 2016 yes id follwed above procedure and also i done IT retrun. but the same when i want be return 3cd & 3cb report aseesee confirmation r not getting
