27 July 2013 Our company is registered as dealer of excisable goods and also we have Import Export code(IME code). To export, do we have to take any registration additionally as Merchant-Exporter?
How the export invoice should be framed? Procedure to export ?

28 July 2013 It is preferable to be registered to claim export benefits like duty drawback, Focus Market scheme [2%], Focus product scheme[ 2%], incremental export scheme [ 2% on increment]- Which option / conditions to be fulfilled maybe confirmed.
