As per RBI, if no operation or unclaimed for more than 10 years transfer to DEAF. My query- a. Operation means debit AND credit, b. Unclaimed means credit tooks place 2 yrs ago account and no debit transaction for more than 10 yrs

a) Whether Operation includes both debit and credit or any one
b) what does unclaimed means
