dates mentioned in e-form 23AC

23 October 2008 Can anybody please guide me what dates to be filled in e-form 23AC.The auditor signed the b/s on 30/08/2008 and the AGM was held on 29/9/2008. The date to be mentioned in e-form 23AC are :
1 Date of Board of Directors' meeting in which b/s was approved.
2 Date of signing of b/s by the directors
3 Date of Board of Directors' meeting in which Board's report was approved.
4 Date of signing of Board's report by the directors.

Plz help me.

23 October 2008 In ur case, the auditor signed the B/s on 30-08-2008. Auditor need some time for audit.

So, the date can not be a date after 30-08-2008. I prefer, u choose some day of July. Same date can be chosen for first and second queries.

23 October 2008 21 clear days notice is required to be issued for conducting AGM. Hence, i reckon, for 3rd and 4th Query, date in between 30/08/2008 and the date which falls before 21 clear days of the date of AGM
