Can anybody please guide me what dates to be filled in e-form 23AC.The auditor signed the b/s on 30/08/2008 and the AGM was held on 29/9/2008. The date to be mentioned in e-form 23AC are :
1 Date of Board of Directors' meeting in which b/s was approved.
2 Date of signing of b/s by the directors
3 Date of Board of Directors' meeting in which Board's report was approved.
4 Date of signing of Board's report by the directors.
Plz help me.

In ur case, the auditor signed the B/s on 30-08-2008. Auditor need some time for audit.
So, the date can not be a date after 30-08-2008. I prefer, u choose some day of July. Same date can be chosen for first and second queries.

21 clear days notice is required to be issued for conducting AGM. Hence, i reckon, for 3rd and 4th Query, date in between 30/08/2008 and the date which falls before 21 clear days of the date of AGM
