01 May 2008 what is the date of tax audit for a.y 2008-2009. is it 30th september as per budget or 31st october. if it is 30st september. there is any circular for applicablity of effective date? tell me where i can get the about notification

01 May 2008 it is 30th september as per the further proposals passed in finanace bills 2008 , on 29th april 2008 in lok sabha.

02 May 2008 Since due date of filing of Your income tax return is now 30th September, and you are reqiuired to enclosed your 3CD report to the income tax return, even if no notification in this regard is release, the due date will logically be 30th September.
