  • Geet Pamnani says : Service Tax
    I want to just ask a simple question that wheather TDS is levied on Gross Amount including service Tax or on Gross Amount Excluding service tax. For Example Professional Fees=12000 Service Tax=1000. So TDS will be charged on 12000 or 13000.
