29 November 2010 Date of incorporation of one private limited company 09.03.2009.
First AGM was held on 30.08.2010, whether the date is as per provisions of the Act.
If not than the date within which first AGM should be held.

A company can hold its first AGM within 18 months from the date of its incorporation.

In your case, first AGM has been held within the statutory time limit and there is no violation of the Companies Act, 1956

29 November 2010 Last date for holding ur AGM is 08.09.10.

So as suggested by expert ur AGM is within limits keeping in view the provisions of section 166 read with section 210.
