actually i want to know about date of deduction of TDS u/s 194IA. if i registered my sale deed on 08.02.2016 and payment to be made on 01.03.2016. I am individual not maintaining any books of account. so according to TDS provision TDS should be deducted when following of two happen earlier:1. credit to the party in books 2. payment to party. so what should be date of deduction of TDS.

As per my view deduction should be made on 01.03.2016.
