17 September 2010 If Audit Report date of a company is 20th August 2010,what should be the date of its AGM.

17 September 2010 Within one month of Adoptaion of Account by board of Directors ,Date of AGM does not related to Audit Report.

17 September 2010 There is no such provision for AGM. You can find the related provisions in section 166 of Companies Act, 1956.

17 September 2010 Generally it can be from 24th September,2010 to 30th September,2010 provided that the time gap between the previous AGM and the referred AGM should not exceed 15 months.
