30 July 2013 Dear Sir,

We are Manufacturing company, please provide the details for the below situations

Invoice date 15.04.2012 (1st quarter)
but bill accounted later date i.e
Booked on : 28.1.2013 (4th quarter)
Return filed on :20.02.2013

now what is the due date for issue of C form whether after end of 4 th quarter(i.e April 13 or February 13 itself .

Our state is Tamilnadu, we have the online C form facility, but it is useful for only invoice date within 6 months before from the return month. so we issue manual c form for old invoices.
