Sir,
Exemption limit of Rs. 5000/- under RCM, but; in case of goods transport & courier services then is the exemption limit of Rs. 5000/- are fixed?
Please clear my .

Exemption of Rs.5000/- available for RCM u/s 9(4) only that is for purchase from unregiatered dealers.
Services covered under RCM in Sec 9(3) is ineligible for such exemption limit.
