I Want to know that is Form-52 is compulsory for all dealers?
if yes then what is the last date for submit this. Plz reply soon.

01 June 2013 DVAT 52 was compulsory for all dealers and last date was 30th May, 2013. However, the deppt has come up with a new form DP-1 which is to be filled online before 30/06/2013 and deptt has verbally assured that no penal action will be taken on default in filing of DVAt-52 as DP-1 is asking for same details.
