Sir anyone can u please help us friend of mine registered for cwa inter in 2009 (oral coaching) wrote first attempt but not passed.later left due to some reasons.so can he fresh register (postal coaching) again and start from first.
But not Denovo registration only fresh registration is it possible or not

Expiry of Registration
5 years from the date of registration for Inter.
3 years from the date of registration if the student does not appear in any examination till then.
The candidate has to get his/her registration renewed by a process called Denovo Registration. The candidate after registering denovo would be in the same position as if his/her registration has not been cancelled.
