hi , how to claim CVD paid on boiler imported ? Related notification ?

In case u are a manufacturer under central excise or service provider under service tax ( may not be so asboiler may not be used by SP), then avail the credit under cenvat credit rules. This credit would be among the list prepared of credits.The total of such credits would be disclosed in the ER-1
