i want to know whether credit of CVD and Additional duty can be taken went transaction is done through courier..
for eg. hellman company gives a delivery of goods to X company after paying customs duty
and it wont give a separate copy of bill of entry and it gives all customs in its invoice
only in such a case credit can be taken??
