Custom Duty Refund

10 December 2010 Dear Sir,

We are engaging in the business of minerals called "Bentonite". we are exporting the bentonite to Europe in valve bags. Our bentonite attracts sales tax in India, and not excise duty. we are importing valve bags from Europe for exporting the bentonite, for that we are paying Custom Duty.

Can we get the custom duty refund,since we have not taken any CVD Credit. Is there any procedure for the above.

Kindly Clarify the above
