13 December 2013 I have taken transfer 15-8-2013 and register with new principal on 15-9-13 but due to outstation audit i did not submit form 103 and did not purchase stamp paper can i purchase current date stamp paper.is there any problem or consequence with stamp paper.

13 December 2013 did you purchase Form 102/103 from ICAI?? you are required to purchase the forms before you register. back dating is not allowed as such. However, you can take a risk and submit Form 103 before 25 January 2014. if you submit after that it shall become mandatory to submit Form 102 also.

you dont need to send form 102 to icai you only required to send form 103 only.form 112(if any additional course doing),may be applicable...

however you have to send ca final registration documents if you are doing articles after both groups of ipcc
.

so in my opinion stamp paer will not be a problem

16 December 2013 Ganesh bhai yes he can do it. I agree you dont have to submit 102. However if the delay is more than 6 months, Form 102 also needs to be submitted.

even though he can get support from his boss icai may or may not accept in such case..as long as 6 months not completed it may be okay
