What is the current rate of CST and exactly what is the use of C-Forms? Please reply.

CST rate is 2%, For interstate sale getting 2% rate purchaser need to issue C form , if not issue C form, need to pay local vat rate

CST rate is 2%, For interstate sale getting 2% rate purchaser need to issue C form , if not issue C form, then local vat rate or CST which is higher
