Does a Pvt. company has to submit any CST return separately to Sales Tax department EVERY MONTH? If yes, what is the form / return no., and the due date of return?

No, In Madhya Pradesh there is no separate rule regarding return for private limited company.It is requested to all that you should mention name of state if the querry is related with VAT/CST.
