Dear Sir,

Please tell me about Form H Status, if i can purchase against one bill and exports the same quantity in two separate export bill then how much form H should be issued to the purchaser against the export sale.

27 May 2011 ACTUALLY it is used for deemed exports,
YOU ARE ON WRONG WAY.

DEEMED EXPORT REFER TO THOSE TRANSACTION IN WHICH THE GOODS SUPPLIED DO NOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FOR SUCH SUPPLIES EITHER IN INDIAN RUPEES OR IN FREE FOREIGN EXCHANGE.
