11 December 2017 As a part of CSR activity, my company wants to purchase jute from a trader and donate for free of cost to a registered society. Now my concern is will my company is able to take credit of gst paid on purchase of jute? If yes then in whose invoice name my company should purchase jute(in the name of company or in the name of society?)
please clarify my doubt. Thanks in advance
